With over a decade of sales experience, Chad has established himself as a leader and trailblazer in the digital world, charged with running a billion-dollar business—the largest independent digital AdTech platform owned by Singtel, the second biggest telco in Asia. Since joining Adconion in 2011(now known as Amobee), he was able to grow the Midwest Territory from one employee to over 50 with annual revenue of over $100 Million by 2013. This growth and milestone led to several acquisitions including Adconion for $235 Million. Following the acquisitions, Chad was asked to manage the revenue operations and integrate the three companies Adconion, Amobee, and Kontera. Additionally, this experience in mergers and acquisitions within the space and proven year-over-year results through unifying disparate teams and creating unique solution sets built a diverse roster of clients by developing differentiated client offerings.
He has also negotiated Amobee’s partnerships with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Under his helm, he helped morph Amobee into an extremely profitable business that helped usher the purchase of Turn for $310 Million in 2017. Chad’s approach at building a best in a class sales organization with bespoke, go-to-market strategies, led the way to Amobee eclipsing a billion-dollar run rate along with positive EBITDA. Over his successful career, Chad has developed self-guiding principles of leadership and sales that provide him the foundation to repeat these milestones.
