Taxis are a great, safe and relatively inexpensive way to travel around the city. And certainly saves time and hassle on the parking front. You can order a cab from your hotel, or download a “getaxi” or “uber” app to order a cab from anywhere in Israel.
Generally, March in Israel is absolutely lovely. Please check weather predictions, especially if you are traveling from abroad. (There is a good chance we may have a bit of rain, so keep that in mind).
Regardless of predictions, we recommend packing a light sweater or jacket and bringing it along to CannaTech. We have an incredible rooftop area and it can get windy up there. Alternatively, it could just as easily be quite sunny and warm, so make sure you make plans for weather variations and bring along sunglasses.
You’ll be hard pressed to find a service provider in Israel who doesn’t speak at least “ka-tzat” (a little bit) of English. If you are so inclined to brush up on some basic Hebrew phrases, check out this site..
If you are new to Israeli culture and cuisine, then it would just be irresponsible to visit without trying Israel’s famed soul food: “shwarma” for the meat eaters or “falafel” for the vegetarians. They are equally fattening amazing. We recommend a small, street shop with a decent sized line.
Also, according to the locals, Jaffa is home to the best chummus in the world.
Otherwise, Tel Aviv has a lot to offer for the foodies among us, check out this site for recommendations.

We provide all kinds of snacks and refreshments throughout your time at CannaTech. Make sure you’re hungry for our lunch meals which will be bountiful and delicious. And, if you are so inclined, we have a complimentary bar that will open from lunch onward. L’chaim!
